I have been blessed to attend speaking engagements presented by Liz as well as have worked with her on the coordination of presentations for a variety of populations. We have had Liz speak with our students in the SSS program on time management and awareness of the power of 1440 (we even purchased her book as a reference tool for incoming program participants!) Additionally, Liz was our opening speaker for the virtual Diversity Conference this year. Her topic “You Can’t Say That” highlighted the importance of taking to heart diversity and dealing with the challenge of communication in a sensitive area. She is energetic, lively and engaging. Topics that can be challenging to absorb or approach are easily opened and discussed in an honest and identifiable way. I would recommend Liz on a personal coaching level as our conversations in prepping for events have been reflective and always include new perspectives. I would also not hesitate to attend one of her events or have her present across the board for people I work for and with. If you are looking for a person who can connect content to the heart, Liz is a sure fire go to.

Liz Nead is the very definition of Empowerment. Liz helped our female student/athletes to visualize and set goals for the season, adapt a positive attitude, and to concentrate on the things that make a difference. She grabs the attention of the audience, she gets in amongst the group, she is energetic, loud, but completely in control of people’s emotions and thought patterns. Liz spent quality time with our players. She cares and within minutes is totally invested into the success of the group. Her techniques cover verbal, visual, and kinesthetic learning and her sessions are action packed, interactive, emotional, intense, and with large doses of reality. She opens herself up with personal stories about her family and her upbringing which elicits trust and camaraderie as the students feel the need to share their life moments and expectations, which of course is the catalyst for Liz’s teaching moments. She is passionate, caring, good at what she does, and a lot of FUN:) Liz Nead got results and made a difference to our program. Don’t take it from me, read what the player’s think of Liz Nead Inspiration!
